09/2008 Organisatorischen Wandel gestalten

Summary
Change by "Integration from Below"
Many companies are working on adjusting and optimizing organizational structures and processes to new situations. Today quality management or continuing improvement processes can be found in small and medium-size companies. Changes are now common, but in practice the desired success often does not occur. A major reason as to why lies in the inadequate integration of changes into the company operating system. This integration is in theory and also in practice a ‘blind spot' of organizational change. The authors describe the starting point for an "integration from below", in which the employees assume a central role as designers of change.
