Der Aviation Leadership Compass
Der Aviation Leadership Compass (ALC) wurde mit der Führungskräfteentwicklung der Lufthansa und der SWISS schon 2008 entwickelt. Er löste damit den Lufthansa Leadership Compass ab und ist seit Anfang 2009 das gemeinsame Kompetenzmodell des Lufthansa Airlineverbunds. Das Modell wurde im Verlauf des vergangenen Jahres in alle Instrumente und Prozesse der Führungskräfteentwicklung integriert. Gleichzeitig mit dieser Integration wurden alle Führungskräfte-Entwicklungsinstrumente noch stärker in Richtung Verbundfähigkeit, weltweite Kompatibilität und Effizienzerhöhung optimiert. Die Autoren ziehen eine erste Zwischenbilanz.

The Competence Model for Talent Management within the Lufthansa Airline Alliance
The Aviation Leadership Compass (ALC) was already developed in 2008 for management personnel development at Lufthansa and SWISS. It replaced the Lufthansa Leadership Compass and has been the corporate competence model of the Lufthansa Airline Alliance since the beginning of 2009. This model has been integrated in all management development instruments and processes during 2009. During this integration process, all management development instruments were optimized with a stronger focus on suitability for the alliance, worldwide compatibility and increased efficiency. The authors report about the initial interim results.
