2/2012 Trends in International HR

Globalization has brought about tremendous consequences for HR. More and more, the challenges HR is confronted with in the international context resemble those that Sarkozy, Merkel and Co currently have to deal with in the EU: different cultures and personalities, diverse political interests (either clearly articulated or conveyed indirectly), varying points of view on the same facts and very different circumstances in member countries.
