1st DGFP // Annual Global Mobility Conference - Enhancing performance

Fokusthemen

It´s about time! It´s time for companies to make a focused effort to enhance global mobility capabilities.

An increasing number of companies have realized the necessity of improved global mobility performance. However, many still fail in applying fast, flexible and repeatable operational practices while ensuring compliance with the variety of regulatory requirements. New technologies and workplace innovations provide important opportunities to boost and measure global mobility performance. At the same time, global mobility teams need to focus on a more strategic use of international assignees to accelerate the performance of international talents and cultivate future leaders.

The DGFP // Annual Global Mobility Conference provides insights, leading practices and ideas to effectively enhance and measure the performance of global mobility programs in line with business needs and international regulatory frameworks. Jointly with international experts, we will discuss the effective use of IT tools as well as innovative approaches of how to better prepare and support international assignees.

Join a lively debate with international perspectives.
